Corni Macaroni Salad
A salad that everyone loves, prepared with Emirates Macaroni Corni pasta, onion, celery, bell pepper, and carrot.
400 gm Emirates Macaroni Corni pasta
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup carrot, grated
1. Cook Emirates Macaroni Corni Pasta according to the instructions on the pack.
2. Drain pasta from water and then transfer it to a large bowl. Set it aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk well to combine.
4. Add the onion, celery, bell pepper, carrot, and the cooked pasta. Toss to combine and coat completely.
5. Cover with cling wrap or aluminium foil and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
